Membership is automatic for any property owner in Brodie Springs. Members jointly share the responsibility for upkeep of the grounds and common property, mailbox and entry area, and certain fences. Additionally, the association assures the ongoing high standards of the community by administering architectural and aesthetic requirements as described in the Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions that apply to Brodie Springs properties.

The operations of the HOA are supported by dues that apply to all properties. These dues are set by the elected board of directors. The dues are currently set at $413, collected every June and December.
